Production

Your products will be produced at one of SPOD’s two U.S. print facilities. The Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and Las Vegas, Nevada facilities are well-versed in quality and speed, assuring an ideal buying experience and have the resources on-hand for a high ceiling of upward scaling.

The Greensburg facility houses eleven cutting-edge printers, clocking in at an average print time of 5.72 seconds per product. With forty-nine employees on hand, the plant produces an average of 3,100 products per day. Meanwhile, the Vegas facility employs the services of twelve printers and thirty-six employees, giving that facility an average print time of 5.83 seconds per product and 2,304 products printed per day.

How can I see the status of my order?

You’ll have an email confirmation of your order, just search for Paul Wilshaw in your inbox to find it, on there you’ll have a tracking number. Click or tap on this to see the status of your order, during busy periods or due to your shipping address this may take longer than normal.

If you’ve created an account, you can view and track your orders using the Login button in the menu.

Defective products

On the very rare occasion that a product has a print defect, please send a picture where the mistake can be clearly seen.

Here's what we consider a defect:

  • Misprint

  • Faded print

  • Arrived stained

  • Flex peeling off

  • Holes on the product

I use the picture you send us to document the issues and to make sure I can learn from them.

Out of stock products

If an order is placed that is out of stock, it will be flagged as "needs action". You should get an update if this is the case.

I will put the item in production as soon as it is in stock, normally within the next 28 days. However, if you do not wish to wait, I can replace the item with a similar product or variation. Please contact me if you wish to discuss product replacements.

Finally, it is also possible to simply delete the order and you will receive a full refund.

Returns

As all of my products are printed as one off, specially made to order, returning a, non-defective product is not possible. I will try and resolve the matter as best as possible. Please contact me if you wish to discuss product returns.
